I highly recommend Duncan Heating & Air. Our AC wasn’t working properly, and they were able to schedule someone to come out the very next day, which we really appreciated. Nick, who serviced our system, was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He took his time, didn’t rush through anything, and clearly explained what was going on. He even showed us the issue and answered all of our questions, including some we had about upgrading our thermostats. Overall a great experience.
