We have always had such a great experience with Duncan. They are so responsive, friendly and knowledgable. Our compressor went out the week of July 4th on a 100 degree day and by noon of the next day it was replaced and everything is working beautifully. We have also had other services done by them and always refer them to our family and friends!

Such a great experience with this company. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. We needed our old HVAC and furnace replaced along with all the duct work. We live in an older home where everything is basically from the 50s, 90s, or 70s, so I was pretty nervous about the possible road blocks that may have come up and wasn’t really sure if we’d need to do further upgrades- such as electric- before the installation could even begin; but Jeremy, Dustin, Lathan, and Daniel were so kind and worked so hard to get, what I’m sure was not an easy job, completed in only 2 days. I was home a lot on and off during the process with what I do for work and was impressed from beginning to end. I learned a lot of ways I can better maintain the integrity of my units from the guys, which I appreciate. I would 100% recommend and/or use Duncan again in the future! I can’t thank them enough for making this very stressful situation a lot less stressful with their reassurance, hard work, & time. 💛

The customer service from being to end was phenomenal. Leas than 2 hrs after I called they were at my home. Garrett was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. My drain pipe was clogged and the overflow pan was full tripping the safety switch and shutting off my HVAC unit. Garrett drained the pan, unclogged the drain and checked the outside unit to make sure all other components were operating as expected. If I have a complaint it would be the cost. It was just shy of $500. That may be completely within reason but seemed a little high to me. With that said, I’m grateful to Duncan. They were able to come out on short notice, on what looks to be the first day of record setting temps, and get my air conditioning unit running again. I would recommend them.

Duncan is a fantastic company! They diagnosed my problem and repaired all my ductwork and vents that were incorrectly installed by the HVAC company that my builder used for the house we built. They were professional, timely, thorough, and very neat. (They had to remove the ductwork, etc from my upstairs attic and haul it out.) They explained everything clearly and when the work was finished they contacted me over the weekend to make sure everything was working well. Highly recommend Duncan!
