Duncan is a fantastic company! They diagnosed my problem and repaired all my ductwork and vents that were incorrectly installed by the HVAC company that my builder used for the house we built. They were professional, timely, thorough, and very neat. (They had to remove the ductwork, etc from my upstairs attic and haul it out.) They explained everything clearly and when the work was finished they contacted me over the weekend to make sure everything was working well. Highly recommend Duncan!

We had a new HVAC unit installed and the installation crew couldn't have been more courteous. From start to finish, each member of the installation crew was respectful. The crew was quick and efficient. They took the time to explain the new thermostat and was ready to answer any questions that arose. The only regret I have is not hiring Duncan Heating and Air years ago for my HVAC needs. The customer service I have received from Duncan is top tier.

Justin helped me from beginning to end when my heat stopped working. He came out and ran diagnostics, then ordered the part. He was back 2 days later and had it installed in no time. He was very professional and good at his job. I even signed up for a system maintenance check twice a year it was such a good experience. I highly recommend Duncan Heating & Air. Our AC wasn’t working properly, and they were able to schedule someone to come out the very next day, which we really appreciated. Nick, who serviced our system, was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He took his time, didn’t rush through anything, and clearly explained what was going on. He even showed us the issue and answered all of our questions, including some we had about upgrading our thermostats. Overall a great experience.

Called and within a couple of hours Justin came out and fixed our gas leak within 30 minutes.
