We had a new HVAC unit installed and the installation crew couldn't have been more courteous. From start to finish, each member of the installation crew was respectful. The crew was quick and efficient. They took the time to explain the new thermostat and was ready to answer any questions that arose. The only regret I have is not hiring Duncan Heating and Air years ago for my HVAC needs. The customer service I have received from Duncan is top tier.
