The customer service from being to end was phenomenal. Leas than 2 hrs after I called they were at my home. Garrett was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. My drain pipe was clogged and the overflow pan was full tripping the safety switch and shutting off my HVAC unit. Garrett drained the pan, unclogged the drain and checked the outside unit to make sure all other components were operating as expected. If I have a complaint it would be the cost. It was just shy of $500. That may be completely within reason but seemed a little high to me. With that said, I’m grateful to Duncan. They were able to come out on short notice, on what looks to be the first day of record setting temps, and get my air conditioning unit running again. I would recommend them.
