Such a great experience with this company. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. We needed our old HVAC and furnace replaced along with all the duct work. We live in an older home where everything is basically from the 50s, 90s, or 70s, so I was pretty nervous about the possible road blocks that may have come up and wasn’t really sure if we’d need to do further upgrades- such as electric- before the installation could even begin; but Jeremy, Dustin, Lathan, and Daniel were so kind and worked so hard to get, what I’m sure was not an easy job, completed in only 2 days. I was home a lot on and off during the process with what I do for work and was impressed from beginning to end. I learned a lot of ways I can better maintain the integrity of my units from the guys, which I appreciate. I would 100% recommend and/or use Duncan again in the future! I can’t thank them enough for making this very stressful situation a lot less stressful with their reassurance, hard work, & time. 💛
