Duncan heating and Air lived up to their word. They promised me they would be out on Monday to look at my AC and determine what was wrong. Even though Justin had had a long day he still came out diagnosed the problem with the HVAC and corrected it. He was very polite and thoughtful in ensuring I was kept aware of what the problem was, how it was going to be corrected and the cost. Justin thank you very much for being a top-notch professional.
