UPDATED REVIEW: 2024: My old system was having some issues which was going to cost a good amount, but there was no guarantee on how long the replacement part would last. A couple weeks ago I was having a cooling issue, therefore I did not want to have a system failure during the hotter summer months. I obtained 2 other quotes since a new system is not cheap. I've had such great service for the last 4 years and really wanted to stay with Duncan. I've just got to say that all their office staff and technicians are knowledgeable and just great to work with. I called Brandon who is AWESOME by the way, and he had me on the schedule the next week. The installation crew was awesome as well!! They did a GREAT job, and were very professional and knowledgeable about the system and the installation. I had 2 requests. One, my last system had all these loose wires sticking out at one point and did not want that again (it was not a safety issue), Two, I wanted this system up off the ground a little more. Came home from work and this system installed looked MUCH BETTER than the old system. The outside unit is up off the ground more so no worrying about downpours washing out around the old base, and the inside unit looked awesome! They even placed the condensation pump on the other side of the unit instead of the front which was great! My OCD thanks you!! This is why I love this company! Wendy PAST REVIEW 2020: Great company.
