Our A/C stopped pumping cool air on Saturday night. Called Sunday morning at 8:30, spoke to Justin and said he can be there between 11am and 12pm. He provided the dispatch cost up front, which is very reasonable for emergency response. He called at 11:15 to let me know he was on his way and he at there in 15minutes. He was here when he said he would be. He had us in cool air in less than 30 minutes. Justin was very nice and professional. He check other parts to make sure everything was good to go.
