Where do I began Mr. Garrett Drescher was very polite,down to earth,good sense of humor, and laughed with me and my son. He came in got the job done in a timely manner where I have had many to come out stating that our unit couldn't be fixed and less than an hour he had completed it and replaced a thermostat.
