Duncan HVAC is a dependable company and have the best technicians in the area. Garrett was very professional and punctual. He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in a timely fashion. Throughout the whole service call Garrett kept me informed on the progress, diagnosis, and final results. The heat pump unit is running better than ever!!!!!!! All Duncan technicians I have dealt with in the last 8 years are top notch and are true experts of their craft.
