Duncan Heating & Air took care of us quickly and professionally! We called on Friday and the tech was at our home Monday morning. He showed me exactly what was wrong with the unit and fixed it within an hour. We tried to use another company originally and they were non-responsive and dishonest. We were waiting 6 days for a backordered motor... Duncan had the motor on their truck and replaced immediately. Additionally, the original company claimed that we had a cracked blade. The Duncan tech showed me the blade...it was not cracked or damaged. Great customer service and honesty! That is what we experienced with Duncan Heating & AC. We will use them again if we have future issues.
