Another great experience with Duncan! About 6 months ago they replaced two complete systems for me and I am extremely happy with the performance of the new units. The other day I was having intermittent issues with the heat from one of the units and they sent Tyler out the same day even though they were incredibly busy. He was able to locate the problem and fix it quickly. It had nothing to do with the new equipment, it was actually some aged wiring coming from the house to the new unit. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and even called the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. This company is amazing and everyone is very friendly. Their products are top of the line with very fair pricing.They are also strong supporters of the Military!
