A business shows what they're made of when having to deal with a customer issue. My customer issue has made it very clear to me they are completely invested in customer satisfaction. Even with something as simple as a miscommunication causing a customer pain point, I was contacted from someone who made it right without an ounce of annoyance. We received top notch service from the repairman, complete empathy and understanding from front desk concerning issue when reported, and outstanding customer service in finalizing our satisfaction. I've had my heater worked on 3 years in a row (unfortunately), here's hoping we can skip a year or two, but if we have to call someone again, it will DEFINITELY be these guys.
