I had a new unit put in 5 years ago by Duncan. Today Justin came out for a seasonal maintenence on my unit. He was extremely polite and made sure any mess that was made he cleaned up before he left. He explained what was needed for my unit. I highly recommend Duncan I've never had a bad experience with them!
