I decided to give Duncan HVAC a try when I became dissatisfied with the quality of service from the HVAC company we had been using for 40+ years. When I expressed my concerns with that company, their response was less than satisfactory. In contrast, Duncan employees’ professionalism is top notch. Every person with whom I have interacted thus far has exceeded my expectations. From the customer service manager to the service manager to the owner of the company, all have been focused on providing the best possible service. I just had my first service agreement appointment and could not be more pleased. Technician was excellent and even provided a detailed checklist of what had been done. I feel so much better going into a hot summer with Duncan HVAC!
