Justin Kerley was professional and provided excellent customer service!! Very thorough with what was wrong with the unit and fixed it quickly. Even though I caused the issue by overcharging the unit he turned it into a teaching opportunity. I will stick to my craft and allow the professionals at Duncan handle my HVAC. Thanks Again!!
