I would like to share my experience with maintenance technician, Landon Miller, with Duncan Heat and Air. Landon arrived promptly after sending me a message… Five minutes! He went straight to work, trying to figure out why the condenser line on my heat pump wasn’t working. After diagnosis, he gave me an estimated price for cleaning and repairing the unit. He worked for over an hour, checking every component. Finally, he ran the unit with the diagnostic tools attached for half an hour or so to make sure all parts were functioning correctly. The condenser line flowed steadily, and the air inside cooled dramatically! PROBLEM SOLVED! From the phone call requesting help to completion was 48 hours. Professional, efficient, transparent, and just plain nice.… Can’t say enough about the services of Duncan he and Technician Landon Miller.
