Called to set up an appointment because we had no heat. Was told to expect the technician between 8am and 12pm. At 8:15sm Nick called to let me know he was on the way and just to make sure I was home. Nick arrived less than 20 minutes later. He introduced himself and in a professional manner began asking questions about what was happening so he could better evaluate what needed to be done or checked. After I explained what was happening he suggested a few things that could be the issue. He explained what and why he was going to be doing these things. I took him to out unit outside under my house and left him there to do his work. I’m pretty sure within 30 minutes Nick had out heat going. He came to me to explain what he had done and what he had found. Simple fix but he went the extra mile to check the system. Reasonable $$. I’m glad I found Duncan because I can tell you after reading reviews of other supposedly reliable or reputable businesses I was worried I wouldn’t find a well rounded business with reliable service technicians who explain what could be causing the issues before just jumping into ( oh this is a major job ) or ( you’re going to need a whole new unit ). Duncan is hands down my go to for any heating and a/c job I might have in the future. Oh and the receptionist who answered the phone when I called I’m not sure if her name was Ashley, Amanda or something else but very helpful and very polite. Thank you ma’am.
