We have been in our new home almost 4 years and have had issues with out heat pump at least 7 times. After calling original installer twice they never could find issues. Duncan came recommended and went on their service contract. Nick has been the best in service and professionalism. It's taken two weeks of testing and followup but continuously resolving problem. Thank you! March 12, 2024. Update.. we just had our annual inspection and had no problems this past year. Yeah!. Plus, Justin installed a surge protector on our unit today. They call and show up when they are coming and total professionalism is a welcome visit. Thank you Duncan! 🙂

Our AC unit went out a few weeks ago, we called the first company we found online. They told us that the disconnect switch on the AC unit was missing and wires were cut inside the unit. They quoted us $400 to replace the disconnect switch and another $300 for the wires. We called Duncan for a second quote and the tech said, yes the disconnect is missing but the wires are just installed that way on your unit, nothing was cut. He quoted us around $100 to replace to disconnect but was also honest and said we could do it ourselves with parts from the Home Depot. Great, honest company that values it’s customers!

Duncan Heating and Air has by far the best customer service around. They fit me in on a busy day to check out my heating issues. They looked out for the safety of me and my family once they determined that my heating unit had become unsafe. I was well informed out what they would need to do to install a new system and once they arrived to install it they were very professional and informed me of any issues that arose and had heat in my home that day!! The next day, I received a phone call from the owner to make sure the install went well! What a great company!

Duncan Heating and Air is by far the best HVAC company around! After my entire HVAC system went out, I called several HVAC companies to get quotes on a full system replacement. I called everyone from the "big guys" to small, mom and pop local places (I prefer to support small business) but none were as courteous, respectful , professional and as knowledgeable as Duncan. Joe came out and spent his time (~30-40 mins) looking over every component of my system. He was very knowledgeable, straight up and honest with me, which I greatly appreciated. He didn't try to upsell me or push a "premium package" nor was he pushy at all. They were able to get me a VERY reasonable quote with a quick turnaround time that included top-notch equipment (I decided on American Standard) that was several thousand dollars cheaper than most companies. Once the equipment was ordered and arrived, there were able to quickly work me into their very busy schedule considering I had no heat whatsoever. All around, best experience I've ever had with an HVAC company; in dealing with everyone from the front office staff, to Joe, to the service/install crew who were also extremely courteous and professional. If you're looking for the best HVAC company in town, look no further than Duncan Heating and Air, I promise you won't be let down!
