Extremely happy with the whole process.Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning Inc installed a new furnace, air conditioner, air filter, and humidifier in my house. Price was competitive for the quality of equipment. Installation went smoothly and the furnace is working great. David and the team were total professionals. Our heat pump went out on Sunday, and they were there in less than three hours. Major for a weekend. We needed a replacement and they beat all the compition and were just great to work with. Would recommend them to everyone. 5 Stars!!

Its hard to find a business that keeps their word. Duncan came the next day like they said, ordered the replacement part like they said and fixed our system for the price quoted like they said. My family recently had to replace our entire heating and air conditioning system, which was a huge headache, gigantic investment, and overall stressful situation. After multiple quotes and companies coming out to the house to look at the system we went with Duncan because their quote was the best and David treated us fairly, like family, and like we were important not just a customer. Would definitely recommend using these guys, although I hope no one has their heat go out like ours did!

Very pleased with their services, very punctual, nice, smart technician, seemed to actually understand what's going on, which is nice. plus the tech smoked a nice joint with me in exchange for a few rollin papers... Would recommend this place over Morris Jenkins any day. I mean seriously Morris Jenkins jingle is so stupid and annoying like seriously. anyhow 5 stars
