When we learned we would need to replace our heating and air conditioning we shopped around. Replacement is a big expense so we wanted to make sure we were getting the most for our money. The team at Duncan provided us with the best system...we read all the reviews and knew American Standard was top rated. They gave us several different options and price points. Installation was completed as promised and everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. We now have a quite and energy efficient system keeping us nice and comfortable. The process was easy from start to finish and I can't recommend them enough!

Duncan installed a Phenomenal Aire system, replaced two faulty breakers and relocated a heating and air vent for me. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and do great work. I highly recommend giving these guys a call for all your heating and air needs.

Duncan Heating & Air replaced my mother’s A/C unit. They were very professional, precise, and persistent with assisting my mom through the whole process from start to finish. Not only did they attempt to fix the old one, they provided a informative explanation. Ultimately, my mother needed a brand new unit. This was done by very skilled and well trained technicians. The quality that was provided during the installation was amazing and stress free. Our family will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend to friends.

I recently had a HVAC failure on a 18 year old unit. I called Duncan Heating & Air for service and they responded the same day but unfortunately, there wasn’t any hope for the old unit. David and his team was very professional, I was given various options and all my questions answered so that I could make a educated decision on a new system. The whole experience was first class from David and his team from constant communication, fair price, customer service, quality of work and even a follow up phone call a week after the work was completed.
