We required an emergency visit this holiday weekend, our Technician Justin Kerley was prompt and courteous with his returned call and onsite assessment. Got us fixed and going again within 15 mins! He was neat and thorough when explaining what he did and what he proposed I needed to keep my system running smoothly. I had a new unit put in 5 years ago by Duncan. Today Justin came out for a seasonal maintenence on my unit. He was extremely polite and made sure any mess that was made he cleaned up before he left. He explained what was needed for my unit. I highly recommend Duncan I've never had a bad experience with them!
