Amazing service in an emergency situation. We had left the house for the day and come home to 80 degrees inside. We had family and friends in town and expecting to gather at our home. I decided to give Duncan HVAC a try when I became dissatisfied with the quality of service from the HVAC company we had been using for 40+ years. When I expressed my concerns with that company, their response was less than satisfactory. In contrast, Duncan employees’ professionalism is top notch. Every person with whom I have interacted thus far has exceeded my expectations. From the customer service manager to the service manager to the owner of the company, all have been focused on providing the best possible service. I just had my first service agreement appointment and could not be more pleased. Technician was excellent and even provided a detailed checklist of what had been done. I feel so much better going into a hot summer with Duncan HVAC!

Unfortunately, my air conditioner went out late on Saturday night. I called Duncan early Sunday morning and in just a little while, Landon was dispatched to my house. In a few minutes, he had the problem diagnosed. Parts had to be ordered and a little before lunch on Monday morning, Landon was back and my air-conditioned repaired. From Landon, to Erica to Tim, all were great to work with and I will not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others. Thank you, Landon, for being so nice and conscientious!
