Answered all my questions friendly and professionally. Gave me appt. date and said technician would call prior to appt time. Garrett D gave me a call, arrived on time. He was very personable, professional and went Right to work After he had completed the maintenance on both my air systems, he sat with me politely reviewing the step by step check list on each unit he had completed. I was very satisfied with the annual contract cost, and could actually feel the difference In the clean system within minutes of his departure! Family owned I will continue to use them and recommend them

Our A/C stopped pumping cool air on Saturday night. Called Sunday morning at 8:30, spoke to Justin and said he can be there between 11am and 12pm. He provided the dispatch cost up front, which is very reasonable for emergency response. He called at 11:15 to let me know he was on his way and he at there in 15minutes. He was here when he said he would be. He had us in cool air in less than 30 minutes. Justin was very nice and professional. He check other parts to make sure everything was good to go.

Duncan heating and Air lived up to their word. They promised me they would be out on Monday to look at my AC and determine what was wrong. Even though Justin had had a long day he still came out diagnosed the problem with the HVAC and corrected it. He was very polite and thoughtful in ensuring I was kept aware of what the problem was, how it was going to be corrected and the cost. Justin thank you very much for being a top-notch professional.
